Cambria Gold Mines Details Technical Verification Protocols and Announces Comprehensive Digital Marketing Agreement with Native Ads Inc.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia — Cambria Gold Mines Inc., a Canadian exploration and development company advancing high-profile precious and base metal assets in North America, has outlined its rigorous quality assurance and verification standards while announcing the execution of a key digital marketing and investor awareness agreement with New York-based Native Ads Inc.

The dual announcements reflect the Vancouver-headquartered company’s continued focus on governance and technical transparency as it oversees exploration and development across its property portfolio, which includes the Premier Project and the Red Mountain Gold Project in northwestern British Columbia, as well as the Mt. Margaret copper-gold porphyry deposit in Washington State.

Rigorous Quality Assurance and Exploration Protocols

Ensuring high-level analytical integrity remains central to the company’s operating practices. Cambria Gold Mines maintains a comprehensive quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) program designed to verify exploration data, safeguard analytical accuracy, and detect potential sampling variances early in the assay pipeline.

Under this formal program, the company routinely integrates coarse blank materials into sample batches sent to assay laboratories. These blanks serve to monitor and prevent cross-contamination during sample preparation and crushing. In parallel, certified reference materials—standardized samples with well-established concentrations of target minerals—are inserted into the sample streams to assess the ongoing accuracy and calibration of third-party analytical laboratories.

To measure precision across different stages of sample reduction and to account for the nugget effect—a common geological occurrence in high-grade precious metal systems where gold particles are unevenly distributed—Cambria systematically utilizes core duplicates, crush duplicates, and pulp duplicates. Core duplicates evaluate initial sampling precision from diamond drill core extraction, crush duplicates examine homogeneity following primary mechanical crushing, and pulp duplicates measure analytical precision at the pulverized sample stage prior to fire assay or multi-element geochemical testing. Together, these protocols provide the statistical validation required for reliable mineral inventory calculations.

Qualified Person and Technical Verification

In accordance with Canadian regulatory standards, all scientific and technical information disclosed by the company is subject to rigorous oversight. The technical and scientific data contained in Cambria’s corporate disclosures was reviewed and approved by Blaine Smit, P.Geo., who serves as Vice President of Exploration for Cambria Gold Mines Inc.

Mr. Smit acts as a non-independent “Qualified Person” as defined under National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101), the governing framework that dictates how publicly traded Canadian mining issuers report technical information to the market.

To verify the scientific and operational information related to current operations and disclosures, Mr. Smit conducted an on-site visit to the 2026 drilling operations. During this technical site visit, Mr. Smit engaged directly with responsible site staff to review and discuss core logging procedures, sampling protocols, and chain-of-custody shipping arrangements. Furthermore, he examined and discussed assay determinations and the corresponding QA/QC results directly with responsible technical personnel, ensuring that all operational procedures adhered strictly to industry best practices and corporate compliance standards.

Native Ads Agreement

In addition to its technical updates, Cambria Gold Mines announced that it has entered into a strategic service agreement with Native Ads Inc. to deliver comprehensive investor awareness, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns. Portfolio Overview: Golden Triangle and Pacific Northwest

Cambria Gold Mines maintains a robust asset portfolio centered on top-tier North American mining jurisdictions. The company holds 100% ownership of two flagship properties located on Nisga’a Nation Treaty Lands within the prolific Golden Triangle region of northwestern British Columbia: the Premier Project and the Red Mountain Gold Project.

The Golden Triangle is renowned globally for its significant endowment of high-grade precious metal and porphyry deposits, hosting a rich history of mining development alongside active modern infrastructure improvements. The Premier Project encompasses historical production areas and modern underground infrastructure, while the Red Mountain Gold Project represents an advanced-stage, high-grade gold development opportunity. Both properties benefit from their established relationships and geographic setting on Nisga’a Nation Treaty Lands.

Beyond its holdings in British Columbia, Cambria holds 100% ownership of the Mt. Margaret copper-gold porphyry deposit, situated in Washington State. Mt. Margaret represents a large-scale exploration and development target that adds significant copper-gold exposure to the company’s long-term resource pipeline in the United States.

Cambria Gold Mines trades publicly on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol CAMB and on the OTCQX Market under the ticker symbol CAMVF.
